Very good experience. Dr is very good at what he does.

My only negative comment is the notification process prior to appt. My appointment time was 10:30 am. I received continuing reminders to arrive at 10:05. This was almost on a daily basis. I arrived before 10:05 only to wait until after 10:30 to be called in. The front desk and Dr. Repa's assistant both said that usual arrival times were 15 minutes before appt time. Why would someone decide I needed to be there 25 min ahead?

I left in less pain and doing better every day

My appointment was for the 18th of this month and they were able to get me in yesterday due to a cancelation. Dr Scott was extremely explanatory as was Ryan.

Dr Repa is so helpful with ideas to help myself w my posture

Everything went good. The only negative was they were unfortunately behind in their appointments

I received a referral to make an appointment with, or just to make an appointment with an orthopedic doctor. And it was easy to make the appointment, but then when I got the information about when the appointment was in my email, I was only told the check-in time rather than the actual appointment time. So I ended up showing up for my appointment almost 40 minutes early. And so I just sat there for 40 minutes because I didn't actually know the time of my appointment. I only had the check-in time in all of my email and text reminders. So that would be my only suggestion in making sure that when people make their appointment, the emails, automated emails that are sent out actually have the appointment time as well as the check-in time. Otherwise, all of the services were really lovely. The check-in ladies and Scott, the doctor, were also all very helpful.

Thank you for having a great facility here for us 'up-north' folks. Being able to trust the care received yesterday is a huge blessing that not everyone has available to them.
