Everyone was great.

I appreciate the ease in scheduling a last-minute appointment. I called the nurses line - I did have to wait 20+ minutes, but it was worth it. The nurse I spoke with gave me all her attention, asking questions, and checking to find out who would be available to see me. It put me at ease.

Was very good

A little disappointed with the lady who took my vitals. It looked like she was late coming into work, my appointment was at 8:10 and I watched her come into the building and go into the back. Then a few minutes go by and she calls me to the doctors room at almost 8:30. No apology or anything. It felt like she wasn’t 100% ready for work. I hope that doesn’t go unnoticed. My PCP turned my experience around extremely grateful for her.

I had a 710am appt put into room right away then sat in room waiting to see a doctor for 1 hour when I was on time for appt. Hence lower reviews.

I was wait listed for an appt. I was pleased that I did receive an appt. Not much help available for my health problem.

The process for waiting for labs to be drawn was a little bit confusing. I was unsure as to whether I should sit down or check in and I didn't see any signage giving any instructions.

The lettering on the doors that say "welcome" really make me feel welcome. It's a very homey waiting area and I feel comfortable there.

Staff from check in to check out were exceptional

My only complaint is that my appointment was scheduled for 9:40 AM and the provider was apparently not scheduled to see me until around 10:00 AM. I do not understand why I need to be there 20 minutes early to sit and wait in the exam room, particularly when I am missing work to be there.

The gal that was the roomer was just excellent. I can't remember her name. Perhaps it was Hannah, but I'm not sure. I enjoyed her. She's very, very thorough, very comforting to bring back to the room. And then as always, Andrea is so kind and so thorough. I just appreciate the clinic and the care I get. Thank you.

The visit was very informative and I was treated well. So I would highly recommend Dr. Andrea to anybody who needed someone to go to, a doctor to go to.

Easy to schedule, comfortable and helpful visit.

I did all pre check in requirements including the online visit questionnaire, confirming my appointment the day before, texting that I was at the clinic, and checking in with reception. After that they failed to do the last step to notify nursing that I was there. I waited for 15 minutes before reception realized I was sitting there. A little frustrating after doing all that was required for a smooth check in.

I've received results online. I need reassurance, treatment options, and success rates. I'm scared.

The lab was prompt and explained the instructions for a test I was taking. Very helpful.

It was worth the travel to find a clinic that put me first not rushing through the appointment and not listening to me.

Yes, my blood test, they were supposed to do an INR, which was very, very important. And they did other blood tests and did not do the INR. I know that they were given instructions to, so they fell down on that one.

Everyone was great. Another person helped me prior to Andrea. She was very good and pleasant, but I can’t remember her name. She helped take my vitals and help me when I was having a little elevated blood pressure.

The person who took care of me told me they would call me with the results and further treatment. Nobody called me. I had to call myself very difficult to get a hold of anybody. Your company is losing a personal touch.
