I arrived at 8:55 for a 9:05 AM check in. I wasn't brought back until 9:48 AM... Then, my neurosurgeon didn't even join us, and I had to speak with a CNP I had never talked to before. I didn't like the long wait, nor the fact that I could have been called virtually to be given an update, instead of coming in to sit for 1 HR, for a 5-minute appointment.

the only downside is i was never really told what was seen or wasn't seen. i receive c a call a few days later to schedule a head CT. i did get a follow up call to ask how things went but only talked with receptionist or the pereson who answered the call

The entire staff and doctors eased all my concerns and I had a great time seeing my MRAs and learning about the fascinating arteries and veins of my neck and head. Thank you.

Dr. Grande was incredibly caring, patient and explained things so well in such a helpful way. After meeting Dr. Grande at my appointment, I have decided to leave my previous neurosurgeon for Dr. Grande. It was that dramatic a difference from my experience with the other neurosurgeon in the most positive way possible.
