My philosophy is to care for others as I would my mother, father, wife or child.  As such, I ask my patients to call me “Andy” as it is important for me to be on a first name bases with those who entrust their lives with me.  While neurosurgery is a world of unpredictable fates, the security I can provide is a commitment to all I care for to do my absolute best all the time.

    Dr. Grande was incredibly caring, patient and explained things so well in such a helpful way. After meeting Dr. Grande at my appointment, I have decided to leave my previous neurosurgeon for Dr. Grande. It was that dramatic a difference from my experience with the other neurosurgeon in the most positive way possible.
