I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota and earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University. My physical therapy philosophy centers on individualized, evidence-based care that empowers patients to build sustainable habits and reach their personal goals. With experience in both orthopedic and oncology rehab, I support patients through each stage of healing and help runners and athletes of all levels stay healthy, resilient, and performing at their best. My goal is always to help patients move better, feel better, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
