Excellent overall experience

I like the time Dr Pierce took to explain the surgery and post surgery expectations. He took time to know me and my interests.

Dr Pierce is very helpful explaining the cause of my hernia and giving me surgical options with pros and cons.

It is close to home to and easy to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time.

I am very happy that it went well, and I’m feeling better each day!

I felt that the RN nurse that worked with me that put the, I don't know, drip line for the anesthesia, I thought that she was very patient and very nice and engaged with her questioning.

He showed me the x-ray that I had had taken. Nobody has shown me any x-rays. And he explained everything on the x-ray. To me, this is a doctor that literally cares.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Pierce and MHealth General Surgery to everyone!

Five Star in all aspects

I was not looking forward to the surgery. I don't think anyone says "Oh boy surgery!" WIth that stated, everything about the process what transparent, the people I spoke to on the phone from the Surgery Center and the Doctors office itself were excellent. Day of there was almost zero wait and I was taken into the Proceedure Room ahead if Schedule. Now I have not idea where that room was as what ever they gave me to calm me nerves had me out before the wheelchair turned the corner. Post Op was excellent. The folks on the team were right there with the needed Post Op medications and walked through, in detail step by step of the next few days and the medication schedule. Today is one week out from Surgery and I am feeling great. I am pleased that I am past the experience (see opening statement). If I had to do it again I would choose the same Doctor and the same team. Excellent work all.

Lastly and very important, since I was under anesthesia my memory of the names of the "various nurses" is hazy, but "every" nurse and support person on the staff were equally skilled and made the experience as comforting as possible. Thank You !

Dr. Pierce explained the procedure and his certifications, his experience, and that made me completely comfortable with choosing him to do the surgery. Very fastidious. I know the industry. I know the practices and I do believe he is the best. So my compliments. Would I recommend him to anyone in my family? Absolutely. Any of my friends, business associates? Absolutely. Thank you.

The main thing that impressed me was how on-time everything was. I was in the exam room well before my appointment and saw the doctor soon afterwards. I think I was done with the appointment before the actual start time. The doctor asked me if I had any questions and answered all of them. He definitely seemed to care. Good experience overall.

I had a tele-visit with Dr Pierce and he was great. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns about an upcoming surgery. He definitely put my mind at ease and I appreciated his knowledge and kindness in explaining the procedure.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH DOCTOR BRADLEY WAS EXCELLENT....NO COMPLAINTS ONLY COMPLIMENTS. MY big complain is about the Campus....it is very confusing and I could not figure out where Dr. Bradley's office was. I think the different buildings and areas should have special names so one would know at the least which building one should go to. I allowed 1 hour 15 minutes to get to my appointment. I live 15 minutes away. I was so lost and so confused and stressed because I had been warned not to be late for my appt. Dr Bradley is very "on time" and will cancel your appt if you are late. (I appreciate that). Well, I ended up 5 minutes late because I was so lost and confused and totally stressed out. Thank goodness my consultation was not cancelled. Thank you!

The prep time was long , arrive at 8, surgery at 10. Once I hit the OR (60 degrees), the OR staff was quick to get me set and comfortable.
