I thought I would have to wait until 23 July to get in, but was given a slot on the waiting list that resulted in an appointment two days later. Someone is really paying attention and acting accordingly! That attention to detail (in this case, me) illustrates the genuine concern for people that exudes from your staff. Nice job!

I had a really wonderful person in the labs and she got me in and out right away and I appreciated that.

I visited the Oxboro Clinic on Friday. I did not feel well. They did some tests. I saw a provider. The visit went well, but when I went to the pharmacy where they should have sent my prescription on Friday, there was no prescription. And I assumed that there was just a time lag, so I went back to the pharmacy today, Sunday, and there is still no prescription. So I will go back to my own provider at the Fairview Clinic tomorrow or someone out there and ask them to check the records and to rewrite the prescription if necessary. This is a glitch that I think someone should pay attention to. Oxboro is not my normal clinic. I drove a long way to get there. The provider I saw was fine, but the prescription thing got dropped. Okay, that's it.

She was thorough in asking all kinds of good questions and she answered mine and she told me exactly when I'd get the results from the dermatologist and I even got that beforehand and she called me later on in the evening. It is very hard to find appointments.

Undoubtedly, the worst part of the experience is the scheduling. Anyone who's gone through the scheduling process would tell you that when you call in to make an appointment, their availability start at like five months. But if you make the appointment there at the clinic or if you connect with the front desk somehow, they are able to make your appointment within like a week. So it's like the experience is really all over the place.

Fine except for scheduling appointments. Couldn't get one sooner than 4 months out. So said would take earlier if available. Practically daily get notices there is an appointment available, starting well before I need my six months check up. . Always the next day, and they arrive just after 6 am. Seems like some of those should be available when initially trying to schedule. Luckily saw one with a time that worked .

I would just like to say that it takes too long to get an appointment to get in and then once you are having your appointment, I would like more time.

It would be better if, as an organization, you could make it easier to get an appointment. I had to wait five months to see Dr. Lall. That seems excessive. This was not an emergency or anything, just a routine, annual physical with my primary care doctor. I chose not to see a different doctor. In my opinion, Dr. Lall is the best.

I was very pleased with the way that they treated me and I couldn't give anyone really a standout performance because I was new to the clinic and I didn't know anyone. But I was very pleased with the doctor and the way the doctor treated me. Thank you.

Always a good experience

I feel that my needs have been met, and I am under excellent care.

Yeah, everything was great. From the receptionist, when I first got there, I went to the first floor level. They quickly told me where I was supposed to go. Second level, when I got to the second level, the receptionists were nice and welcoming. When I had to go to the lab, I went to the wrong room again. They guided me where I had to go. Everything was a good experience from receptionist to the doctor to the nurses. I have no complaints. I just want to say it was a very well done job.

It was just nice to be listened to. Sometimes, us "seniors" can be brushed aside, but these people truly took the time to "care"

There was an urgency to my appointment and I was accepted immediately by the whole staff. Dr. Lall acted quickly and sent me to Fairview . She took personal interest in my case, as she always does, I'm sure to all her patients. I feel so secure in her care.

I've never felt as good about seeking medical help as I do here. Always the best treatment.

I am concerned by how long it takes to get in to see a doctor. Staff shortage seems to be increasing. I hope that Oxboro clinic stays vibrant through the years.

Dr Lall is a wonderful doctor. She's very easy to talk to ask questions of understand what she's recommending. I actually look forward to seeing her, which is a bit unusual. Anytime I have a concern or issue she seems to be able to always come up with a perfect solution. I feel like she is so knowledgeable and I'm very lucky to have her for a doctor.

Oxboro clinic is run very efficiently and all staff members are very professional.

Everything at the visit went just fine. People were helpful, timely. We got everything done. The problem was making an appointment and then saying I'd take an earlier one, which I did. At least six weeks earlier is the right time. But it's frustrating. Those come at 6 a.m. in the morning, and a majority of them were at times that just don't work, repeating those same times. Otherwise, everything was great.
