CHRISTOPHER LAM, MD

Hello! I'm a primary care doctor specializing in Internal Medicine. I do my best to listen carefully to each person's health goals and to explain my medical recommendations. This way, we can thoughtfully make decisions together for your better health and wellbeing. My goal is to understand your concerns and for you to understand our plan at the end of each appointment.

My journey to primary care includes five years as a hospital-based doctor (hospitalist) at a university medical center, where I taught medical students and resident doctors. Before that, I graduated from medical school with recognition from both the Gold Humanism and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Societies. During medical school, I was also deeply involved in advocating for LGBTQ+ health. My path to medicine began with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduating with Highest Honors, which gives me a unique perspective on how the body and health systems work.

Really, this is all to say - I love learning and teaching at my core, and being a physician allows me to do meaningful work that is helpful for others.
