I’m a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and I’m passionate about caring for people of all ages. My journey in healthcare began as a registered nurse, and I enjoyed listening, supporting, and advocating. Wanting to do even more, I became a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on whole-person care. I believe health is about more than just treating illness; it’s about partnership, prevention, and listening with empathy. I chose healthcare because I truly enjoy helping others and building meaningful connections. I see every visit as a chance to support someone in living their healthiest life. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me outdoors—hiking, snowboarding, or camping. I love staying active and soaking in nature. I also have two playful cats.
