I wanted to continue by saying I was thoroughly impressed with how smoothly everything went in the facility and how kind the providers were, how knowledgeable everyone was, and how polite they were to me despite the fact that I was argumentative and combative because of the medications I was given to help what was going on. I feel terrible about that situation. It was out of character, but everyone did their job beautifully and Fairview is top-notch. Every single person came through and I'm very thankful. Thank you to everyone. Thank you.

Love the valet parking but if there was anyway to improve the congestion at the front door that would be great.

Doctor was very thorough with explaining everything to me.

Coming from out of town, we would appreciate more signage. It was rather hard to figure out where we were going. The signs were not well placed. And parking. Parking was a nightmare.

I really like the way Dr. Leslie took the time to answer questions. He treated me like a patient that he'd met before. But that was our first time meeting. He was very thorough and I just really appreciate that. Thank you.

Dr Leslie is a very good listener and can explain complex problems and solutions in a way that is easy for me to understand. He is not afraid of questions. I feel he is engaged in my care.

Was very frustrated with provider as I was told procedure was scheduled for 11:30 and he didn't show up until 1:00 p.m.!!!!!

I was very impressed with everyone I met at the clinic, including the young men that parked my car, the physicians, the reception area, the check-in. They were all excellent. And I was so pleased that I went for a second opinion to see Dr. Lewis. Thank you.

Ever doctor and nurse that I was involved with were amazing! They were all knowledgeable, professional and kind.
