Love the valet parking but if there was anyway to improve the congestion at the front door that would be great.

I really like the way Dr. Leslie took the time to answer questions. He treated me like a patient that he'd met before. But that was our first time meeting. He was very thorough and I just really appreciate that. Thank you.

Dr Leslie is a very good listener and can explain complex problems and solutions in a way that is easy for me to understand. He is not afraid of questions. I feel he is engaged in my care.

Was very frustrated with provider as I was told procedure was scheduled for 11:30 and he didn't show up until 1:00 p.m.!!!!!

I was very impressed with everyone I met at the clinic, including the young men that parked my car, the physicians, the reception area, the check-in. They were all excellent. And I was so pleased that I went for a second opinion to see Dr. Lewis. Thank you.

Ever doctor and nurse that I was involved with were amazing! They were all knowledgeable, professional and kind.

Always have had a good experience

It was very good

I don't have the specific names. I don't recall them. I just have to say from check-in, from the valet to the check-in registers, all the way to the girls that were prepping me for my cardiac procedure, all the way to the people that then helped me back to the valet parking. Everybody, the staff, were very present, professional, and very helpful. I just wanted to give the whole staff praise My, of course, my surgeon or cardiologist, Dr. Napper, as well. I just have to say it was a very, very pleasant experience giving what might have been stressful for me. But thank you again for everything.

Dr. Leslie was a "person" not just a physician.

There were two concierge employees who were especially kind to me. One was a man and one was a woman and I do not remember their names, but both of them went to great lengths to make sure that I got my rides and I got to the clinic okay. My medical ride was extremely late and the female concierge called my my medical transportation and got them there after I'd been waiting for over an hour and a half or two hours. So I was grateful for that. Thank you. And Dr. Leslie is amazing. Bye-bye.

I was impressed with, I guess, every aspect of the experience from finding the facility to entering. Everybody was cordial, professional. Everything moved along so well. Everybody was friendly. It just wasn't what I expected, but I was just pleasantly surprised.

I sat in the Fairview ER for 48 hours because they were told by my surgical center that I needed to be there (just had surgery last Tuesday' the transfer never happened, thankfully the hospital at Ridges was able to get me a room today and help with the pain and nausea

I called on a Tuesday morning and was scheduled for an appointment on Thursday morning! Awesome!

The waiting room at the third floor check in area is mostly crowded all thee time.

Everything was great except the traffic and cost of parking which I know can't be controlled.
