I am a graduate from Winona State in 2019 where I obtained my bachelor's in Kinesiology. Soon after, I obtained my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist which I have utilized to train high school sports teams and 1on1 personal training. I graduated from University of New England in 2022 with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Since, I have obtained certification in dry needling and vestibular specialty. I also obtained my Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2024. I believe patients are treated best through the biopsychosocial model, not only treating the anatomy but also the person as a whole.
