GRACE GARY, PT

I grew up just outside of Baltimore, Maryland, and went on to attend Boston University for both my undergraduate and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees. While at BU, I worked with the sports nutrition team and served as a strength and conditioning intern for the Division 1 athletic program. Those experiences solidified my passion for becoming a sports physical therapist.

Most recently, I completed a Sports Physical Therapy Residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and am also certified in upper body dry needling. I enjoy working with athletes of all kinds, but I have a particular interest in supporting ice hockey players. Outside of work, I love staying active and exploring new places.
