Haley Roed, PT

I’m a Minnesota-licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and earned my degree from St. Catherine University. I’m passionate about evidence-based care and strongly advocate for personalized goals. I especially enjoy helping individuals—particularly athletes—recover from injury, improve mobility, and return to the activities they love.

As a former collegiate swimmer, I bring a unique perspective to rehabilitation, combining firsthand experience with clinical expertise to support active individuals at every level. I specialize in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation and am certified in dry needling, blood flow restriction (BFR) training, and cupping therapy. These advanced techniques allow me to take a more comprehensive and individualized approach to care.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Hudson, and exploring new foods and outdoor activities with friends and family.
