I utilize a variety of practical strategies including relaxation techniques, mindfulness activities, positive coping skills, and cognitive behavioral techniques. In addition to individual psychotherapy, I provide General Psychological Evaluations and Bariatric Pre-Surgical Evaluations for people ages 18 and older.
