All service was very good

I have never had a more organized and coordinated experience having surgery. Delays were addressed and explained, every person was friendly and described the process clearly and included my family in the conversation. The best part of the experience was that prescriptions were filled on site and sent home with me as that alleviated a lot of coordination on our part. I was very grateful for all the care and support provided—thanks to your wonderful team!

The nurse made me nervous. She was nice but quick to make diagnoses, some of which could have serious career consequences for me.

I'd just like to say everybody did an absolutely amazing job, made me feel comfortable and relaxed and informed. I didn't mention anyone specifically in the question earlier because I couldn't remember everyone by name and I think every single person I came in contact with deserves the same amount of accolades because everyone was fantastic and I appreciate it truly. And that's it.

My first time experience at this clinic was phenomenal. A great receptionist, a great assistant nurse, and Dr. Sink just made me feel extremely comfortable. I would recommend them to anybody who is going through the same thing I am. Thank you.

The doctor listened to my every concern and when I left, I knew exactly what the plan of care was and there was no question about it. I do wish I received direction on gauge incision coverings though, it was 6 days ago and I have left them on until they fall off after Googling but don't recall anyone talking about that.
