I chose nursing as my profession because I felt drawn to helping those in need. My care philosophy is that nurses have a responsibility to the public to provide safe, holistic, patient-centered care regardless of race, spiritual beliefs, lifestyle choices or disability. As an APRN, I strive to be an advocate for every patient and also encourage them to be active partners in their own care.
