Excellent. Professional and caring

I love my doctor, Dr. Landers, and the nurses that work with her.

Everyone was extremely polite from the time I walked in until the time I left.

Minimal wait time! In & out in short period of time.

The nurse that roomed me (it was not Amber) was super rude. I was on-time so I wasn't late. She came got me from the waiting room, rushed to the room. Didn't even talk, she just rushed through height, weight and vitals. She never even sat down she hovered nervously complaining about how she had to room another patient for another provider. I even asked her multiple times if she was in a hurry, or I had done something. She made me super nervous. Not good patient care at all. Worst nurse I have had in a very long time. Amber did come in later in my appointment and was kind.

All around great experience!

I left with a successful appointment. It combined my annual visit and my pre-op for my ablation. It helped me be comfortable going into my procedure.

Dr. Landers is a fantastic doctor. Best I have ever had. I feel truly supported by her! So appreciate her!!

It took 3 pokes to find a vein that would work but that was a minor inconvenience.

I love the thoroughness and care and explaining process and what to do going forward .I'm so glad to be back with Dr Landers!

Yes, I'd like to complain about my chart. I had done it at home two days before I checked in, and I got a check-in and everything, and it worked, but nobody received it. And the same thing as my appointment. I was a little mixed up on when I should come and when not. So that was kind of a mix-up. situation there. So that's all. Thank you.

I have always enjoyed MHealth care. I have always had nothing but very kind people who have helped me.

Dr. landers is very caring and thorough. She is a wonderful doctor.

My experience was great until I realized that my prescription wasn't sent over to the pharmacy. I stressed to both Dr. Landers and the MA that my prescription didn't have any refills and still my prescription hasn't been sent to the pharmacy.

Very thorough and comprehensive annual exam visit.

compassionate staff

Everything went fine. Except the medical assistant who gave me my tetanus shot- she did the shot in a bad spot on my arm and I have a big hematoma now.
