I enjoy working with patients to help them improve their quality of life and reach their health goals.  I believe it is important to meet the patient where they are at and help empower them to make choices that will promote good health and wellbeing.  I motivate patients to work on lifestyle changes which could lead to reducing medications.  I help patients to understand how their medications work and ensure that they are used safely and effectively.
