It was a good experience.

The visit was exactly as I anticipated.

The doctor was so kind, gentle and respectful. The one thing was I had to ask multiple times for a diagnosis. He was very thorough with the X-ray - showing me there was no break anywhere, etc. But then, he just sent me off with bandaids and antibiotic cream for the topical wound. I asked why my finger was numb and swollen and painful deep inside, and he just told me it would go away on its own. I asked again what the actual diagnosis was, wondering if it was a sprain? He agreed it was. I also asked what symptoms I should monitor that might mean I should come back to the doctor, which he answered. I didn’t love having to ask for a diagnosis and follow up steps. Apart from that, everyone was lovely. Thank you!

Dr. Wegener listens and believes me. He is very patient centered.

The doctors and care team were great. Friendly, welcoming, and exuded kindness. The system used to remind me of the appointment was obnoxious. I don’t need repeated texts and emails, especially after I completed the online check in and confirmed the appointment. It was borderline harassment.

I always have a good experience at this clinic. I wasn't a great experience with my doctor joel wagner , i trust what he says to me. I tell him everything every question I've brought to him, which are many he answers and most of the time, I should say all of the time we come to a resolution of the outcome of what we should do I like that he listens to my input and we go from there. And then I listened to him , and then we decide.

Everything was really great. I went into urgent care and the person at the desk was really friendly and I got taken care of. And then fortunately, the wait wasn't too long this time and the person who saw me first was really great. And yeah, again, really friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions. And then when the provider came in, same thing. Couldn't have been better. And was able to then get my medication, you know, a little bit later at the pharmacy they sent me to. And yeah, great top to bottom. Couldn't say better things. So I appreciate everything.

Construction in the area made it a challenge to find the clinic.

The young sir who was the receptionist helping my son get check in was pleasant and patience. That starting experience made the appointment better.

My long experience with the Uptown clinic has made me very happy and secure as a patient. These folks really are doing everything right, from my persepctive.

The biggest problem is scheduling. It took months to get in to see Dr. Wegener. There were two postponements, one caused by you and one caused by me, and each of them was for months. And so you have to continue to work on the issue of providing prompt service. A doctor you can't see isn't worth much. Thank you.

I'd like to compliment the entire staff over there from the doctor to the anesthesiologist to the nurse anesthetist to the nurses that prepare you to the nurses that transport you. Everybody is top of the line, extremely professional. Really appreciate going over there when I have to have some procedure done. Thank you.

The assistant who roomed me was very good about giving me the information I needed to navigate to the lab and back. Dr. Wegener sought my input about treatment and gave me good information to make a choice.

Way too much paperwork.

Urgent Care is an almost definite choice these days. Not like the good old days when you could have your primary care doctor, see you. Now, they make appointments way ahead of time, and then change whenever it's convenient for the doctor. Point in case, I was to have an annual exam on Jan. 26. Now Ican't get in until March 23. Customer care with a personal doctor has long gone out the window.

Just that everyone working there was very kind and friendly. I saw Dr. Wegner. He was very patient and helpful. Thanks.

Why is the front door locked? There’s only one entrance in or out of the building. It’s very inconvenient and there are no exits marked other than the one that I came in, but if there was a fire or if there’s an emergency the building, sometimes it’s kind of scary cause it doesn’t show you how to get out if you need to

I had a productive and pleasant visit to see Dr. Wegener at M Health Fairview Uptown clinic. Getting into the building was a bit confusing, as it took me a minute before I found the signs directing me to the right entrance. The receptionist was very pleasant and courteous, and helped me get checked in quickly and effortlessly. The phlebotomist at the laboratory was excellent at her job and followed procedures to a T. The nurse who took my vitals made sure I understood what was happening at each step. I appreciated his cheerful but soothing demeanor. Dr. Wegener as always is a thoughtful and experienced and a great resource for understanding my condition. He laid out a number of options and I felt fully in control of my healthcare choices. I felt both better educated and reassured about starting the next phase of my treatment. Thank you to everyone at Fairview Uptown.

Good visit

The problem, as always, is getting an appointment. I can never see Dr. Wegener when I'm sick. I can only see him for these maintenance type things. When I'm sick, it just takes too long to get an appointment to see him. And when I need to move the appointment, it gets moved for months, even though that may not be appropriate. So that's the problem. You still need to deal with it. Thanks.

There is no way to know how much charges for questions asked will be prior to asking the questiions.

trying to get an appointment was difficult, being 81 years old, not able to use thee the online system, / (computer knowledge) not easy to use. Also not very good at answering this experience!

Dr. Wegener is exceptional. Too bad you can;t clone him. The young man in the lab is fantastic- no pain on blood draws. Calm and kind.

Dr. Wagner is one of the best medical professionals that I've ever had, and I'm very glad that he's still in practice, and I'm very glad that he's still there because I can be extra, and he is absolutely compassionate and courteous, extraordinarily professional all the time, and it seems like he's a genuinely good human. So yeah, great job, Doc.
