The doctor was so great with my child and she did an excellent job. And I would love for her to be my kid's primary doctor. My kids love her and me too, I love her too, because she did a very great job with my child. Thank you.

Scheduling also was wonderful! I needed the appointment right away, short notice, tight deadline. My visit was scheduled for within just a few hours of my request!

I was afraid when Kimberly Thein left to find a new Primary Care, but I have been pleasantly surprised by Kathleen Widmer. She is wonderful. She takes her time with me and really listens. She is the most down to earth provider I have ever had.

Everyone was friendly and polite

My provider asked clarifying questions to make sure she understood my concerns. And after we thought we’d completed everything she asked if there was anything else, and I looked at the notes in my phone and there was and she addressed all that too. She was behind schedule, but you would never know with the way she treated me. I felt like I was her only patient all day! I wish I could remember the name of the girl who drew my labs. She was excellent!

Kathleen was very nice and did everything. I asked her to do. She was pleasant and caring.

The wait time was very long, just trying to check in at the clinic, and it was actually past my appointment time before they even got me checked in. They said they were very short-staffed. They were friendly at the front desk for the two people that were working there. And then I did have to wait up in the room. You know, they took me back right away, but she was probably about 40 or so minutes late for our appointment. Although she was late, she was very good at what she does and listened very well. So that was really well done. I would see Kathleen again if I could, if my insurance wasn't going to be accepted after.

Fairview, in Health Fairview is the best health network that you can go to in Minnesota.

I think the front desk/reception was the only problematic experience I had. They seemed overworked, not compassionate and frustrated with the patients checking in. Not the best way to start an appointment.

Provider was a great listener and responded to my questions/concerns. Unfortunately she was very busy and I had to wait 40 minutes longer than my appointment time to see her.

I felt listened to, taken good care of. I would like to have had a little more expression of trying to determine the cause of my issues. It is really difficult when you need to replace your normal provider, this was one of my easiest transitions.

Always a great experience.

The only thing that I would say was less than great was the wait time between when I was taken back to the room and when the provider came in. It was around 50 minutes which caused me to be late to work.

Kathleen listened intently, was through in her exam and has very good professionalism and bedside manner.
