Hi, yes, the scheduling was very good. Everyone was on time, so I did not have to wait long. Everyone did a good job. The only thing I would say is after I reviewed my visit notes with the surgeon, he just had some comments in there about how surprising it was that I did not want to move forward with surgery right away. I just didn't think that was necessary. It was an unnecessary comment about it being surprising that I didn't want to go forward. It's a nitpicky thing, but I just didn't think it was appropriate in the medical records. That's all. I really appreciate it, and I will likely be back. Thank you.

Most seemed to present very bad information in a way that was open, concerned and hopeful.

Everyone was wonderful

The aftercare instructions were a little vague and left a lot of questions. I feel like that may have been due to multiple surgeons but still not great. I felt a little “beat up” after my surgery. My lip was cut and swollen and I had bumps and rash around my eyes, I’m guessing from removing tape. I haven’t had that previously from surgeries.

I hope to never require another surgery, but if I do…. I will return to Fairview St.Johns campus
