About The Provider
I provide patient centered care and tend to work from a CBT and ACT perspective. I like to use mindfulness as well as practical techniques to help people learn skills that they can practice at home. I also specialize in sex therapy and helping people navigate boundaries within polyamorous relationships. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. In addition to therapy, I complete ADHD Assessments, General Psychological Evaluations and Bariatric Pre-Surgical Evaluations for people ages 18 and older.
