Dr. Lassi is one of the best ever provider that I have seen. Margaret, Karen, front desk, this is a fantastic facility that I'd like to visit all the time. So again, Dr. Karen Lassi, Margaret, Karen are a fantastic team to work with.

Everything was great

I wouldn't change anything in that clinic. It's all excellent. My daughter came with me. I'm 87 and I have cancer in my liver and everybody is upbeat and great. Can't say enough about them. I recommend them to everybody. Thanks.

Long wait to be seen

I was assigned to Dr. Lassi when I was diagnosed. I could have had any doctor. I hit the absolute jackpot by getting her. My network of family and friends know about her and anyone who I learn is diagnosed gets my recommendation to see her.

The only hopefully helpful criticism I can say about this clinic is the wait times are really not acceptable. The last two times I’ve had to visit this clinic, I have had to wait upwards of 45 minutes. The first visit I just left because it was over an hour and I just rescheduled it and I was not happy. I did talk to the doctor about it and my second visit was better. But I don’t know what is happening with scheduling or with the amount of doctors that are needed. I’m really not sure what the issue is but it does translate into unacceptable waiting times. If it’s like this all the time, I would be concerned about the doctors if they are getting enough of a break or why this clinic runs so far behind time all the time. Maybe I’m just the lucky one and this isn’t common circumstances. I do love my doctor though.

Everything about my experience yesterday was the best that it could have been.

The parking ramp needs better signage. It is unclear to patients that one has to pass through the contract parking to get to the abundant patient parking on the top level. I have been in that ramp many times before. This visit resulted in a nearly 10 minute search for an appropriate space.

Dr Lassi was thorough and did not rush me through my appointment. She made sure I understood everything she conveyed to me.

I'm not sure if you got the last message, but Dr. Lassie and her nursing staff and her care coordinator, Karen, and everybody has been phenomenal. I couldn't ask for better care, more compassion, and anyone who has Dr. Lassie as their doctor knows that she cares, and she is really good at what she does, and I would really follow her anywhere across this birth to have her as my oncologist and clearly she has created a team of people who are just as compassionate as she is. So everyone should be mirrored after this doctor.

I absolutely love Dr. Lassi. My only concern is the last several appointments I’ve had to wait 40 to 45 minutes to be seen by her. I know she’s extremely busy and she has a big patient load, but I feel in this last appointment I was rushed because I made a 4 o’clock appointment for acupuncture. Now all things considered my appointment was at 2:30 which should’ve left me plenty of time to visit with Dr. Lassi about my health. Unfortunately, she didn’t get into the room until 3:15 PM. So I was rushed and then I was also 15 minutes late to my 4 o’clock acupuncture appointment. that is my only concern is the waiting and not getting enough time to really talk with Dr. Lassi like I normally do.

Dr Lassi explained everything very well and listened carefully to my concerns.

I really, really like Dr Lassi and Cancer Treatment staff. They are all most attentive. Only drawback, my appt was at 1 pm and I waited in Dr Lassi's office for 1/2 hr. before she could see me, at 1:45 pm. This is not to be construed as a negative for Dr Lassi, her attentiveness, or her care. It's just an observation.

Speaking with the current scheduler is the most frustrating part of my cancer journey. Having the regular scheduler back from maternity leave will be a big help for Dr Lassi.
