I appreciate the Surgery Department appointment scheduler who made my appointment with Dr. Wahlstrom. His Nursing Assistant, Celia, was personable. Michelle, the surgery scheduler, was very accommodating. Dr. Wahlstrom provided excellent care as he explained my options.

Everyone I encounter was polite and helpful including the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor. The building was clean and modern.

This location needs to open their waiting area before the receptionist starts their work day. People have appointments that start prior to the receptionist and they have to wait in the hallway, rather in the office where there are chairs. Also - in general these post visit surveys are very weak and won't help the overall experience. In general it's usually very frustrating in dealing with M Health Fairview.

I had a great experience and I will recommend anybody to come there first before going anywhere else.

I had a late Friday afternoon appointment. Despite the lateness in the day and week, everyone was upbeat and prompt in meeting with me. Dr Wahlstrom took the time to explain the surgery procedure, recovery times and the logistics of the surgery day. I appreciated the time he took to explain everything.

Everything was explained well and I had no further questions when leaving. Very professional in every way.

Just a great experience with the doctor

Tell patients the actual time of appt when scheduling. I was told my appt was at 2:35pm, so I arrived early. But when I checked in they told me my arrival time was 2:35 and the appt was at 2:50pm. Very annoying. I can be an adult and budget my own time, I don't need you telling me false start times to trick me into coming earlier.

Fortunately I was able to get in at the time of the appointment for some unscheduled ultrasound testing with only a minimal wait. Appreciate not having to make another separate appointment.
