Dr. France always makes me feel comfortable which enables me to ask delicate questions freely.

The area you did really well was listening to me instead of being a number on how old I am, you treated me like I was an individual. That's very important to me. And I was not at any time talked down to, which I detest. I kind of turn off if you are treating me like I am not all there. So that's my feedback.

This was my first time at this clinic and everyone I encountered made my experience go very smoothly.

Kudos to Dr France for being an advocate for women's health.

I tremendously appreciated the provider and her staff, but the check-in associate was less than desirable. She was not very personable. She wasn't very nice, very abrupt. So, yeah.

I was disappointed with the gal at the check-in desk. She was more "robotic" with her questions and rushed right into do you want to make a payment.

She knows what she is doing and she is kind to me

I was told a prescription was sent to the pharmacy, but the pharmacy has no record of it. I have called the clinic twice but still have no prescription sent to the pharmacy.
