Lisa Hady, Psy.D, LP

I provide therapy rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) using a trauma-informed and intersectional framework. I focus on understanding how trauma and identity shape lived experiences, relationships, and the therapeutic space itself, including how trust is built, safety is established, and meaningful change occurs. I specialize in gold-standard treatment for trauma, affirmative therapy, and sex therapy, with an emphasis on supporting the whole individual. In addition to therapy, I complete ADHD Evaluations, General Psychological Evaluations, and Bariatric Pre-Surgical Evaluations for people ages 18 and older. I approach these evaluations to help provide clarity and guidance on next steps in care.
