I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who enjoys working with adults from all walks of life. I believe that the development of mental health conditions is not simply a chemical imbalance, but often due to a combination of factors: genetics, evironment, family of origin, stressors, etc. I take a biopsychosocial approach to treating patients, looking to optimize not only their mental/emotional health, but their physical, social, and spiritual health, too. And I take a special interest in working with members of the military and women in perinatal and perimenopausal life stages.
