Mark Svet, MD

As a general cardiologist, I focus on the full range of heart care—from coronary artery disease, heart failure, and valvular conditions, to everyday prevention that lays the foundation for lasting health. I rely on multimodal cardiac imaging with echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRI to reach precise diagnoses and shape treatment that fits each person’s life, goals, and values. My approach centers on individualized, evidence-based care built through careful listening, clear education, and genuine partnership so my patients feel informed and empowered. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my wife, young son, and our two English Labs. I love cross-country and downhill skiing, backpacking, exploring the Boundary Waters, and running.
