I was surprised that my surgery couldn’t be done at M Health, Maple Grove as the laparoscopic equipment isn’t available there. I’ll be going to Princeton Hospital. It’s not a big issue, but was more difficult to arranged transportation.

It was a good and positive post-op consultation!

Everybody from check-in to the surgeons was great and made the surgery experience painless for me. The pre-op nurses extremely helpful, and the recovery nurses were fantastic.

The doctor did a great job analytically and understood my concerns and what the process is and what they'll do and all the different options. Was very thorough and I appreciate that.

Everyone was very friendly The only complaint and it’s not really a complaint is I would have liked to be checked on or updated a little more than I was since Doctor was running late with the procedure only because I tend to get panic attacks but it all worked out fine

Actually, I thought the whole team worked very well together and they were very, all very kind and I felt I got very good care.

I felt dismissed by the physician and frankly a bit offended.

I did not have to wait at all for my appointment, and I was early. When I got off the elevator, my name was called as I exited the doors of the elevator.

It’d be helpful to even more clearly communicate the building address for Fridley since there are two buildings side by side named as clinics. I had to look it up to make sure I was at the right one.

I would have preferred it if my actual CAT scan images would have been available from Glacial Ridge for the doctor to view. “A picture is worth a thousand words.”

The check-in people and the nurse that checked my vitals were very nice and patient and kind. But the doctor seemed very unprofessional and like he didn't believe me and didn't have any records. And not much information.

Dr. Traynham explained the fluid build up and what could be done to resolve it. I am thinking about it, and would like to talk to my primary care Doctor Deal about it. Hopefully he saw this on "My Chart"

Great care from all staff members. Procedure went very well.

Well, everybody did a wonderful job, I thought. My biggest concern was we don't live in that sort of town and the traffic was pretty heavy that time of day, of course, but you can't control that. But the parking out there is tough. I'm sure you guys all know that with all the construction going on. So that was probably my only complaint. Only other thing is I kind of wish I had been informed a little more about some of my recovery, like the pain I might have to put up with, how, you know, what the procedure actually is going to entail. I guess that's something I probably should have asked more questions about, but I didn't realize how much I was going to be in pain afterwards the first few days. So I didn't have that, I was fine.
