wonderful experience

The doctor did not look me in the eye during his assessment. He spent all of his time with me staring and typing on the computer. I felt totally dehumanized. It was like talking to a machine.

I was surprised that my surgery couldn’t be done at M Health, Maple Grove as the laparoscopic equipment isn’t available there. I’ll be going to Princeton Hospital. It’s not a big issue, but was more difficult to arranged transportation.

It was a good and positive post-op consultation!

Everyone explained every detail about my procedure.

Everyone was very friendly The only complaint and it’s not really a complaint is I would have liked to be checked on or updated a little more than I was since Doctor was running late with the procedure only because I tend to get panic attacks but it all worked out fine

Actually, I thought the whole team worked very well together and they were very, all very kind and I felt I got very good care.

I felt dismissed by the physician and frankly a bit offended.

I did not have to wait at all for my appointment, and I was early. When I got off the elevator, my name was called as I exited the doors of the elevator.

Good experience, but the wait for needed surgery (3 months) seems excessive.

It’d be helpful to even more clearly communicate the building address for Fridley since there are two buildings side by side named as clinics. I had to look it up to make sure I was at the right one.

Reception desk was closed which was inconvenient and a little confusing

I would have preferred it if my actual CAT scan images would have been available from Glacial Ridge for the doctor to view. “A picture is worth a thousand words.”

I would overwhelmingly recommend this location for any type of procedure.
