I like that MHealth has gotten to the bottom of the problem causing my pneumonia. Health Partners never fully explained my hiatial hernia or the seriousness. Nor did they offer any correction of the condition all the years I had the hernia. Thank you MHealth

The check in process went alright until I was handed a tablet, asked to go to the end of the lobby (where I would be called back) and answer the questions. When I got to the waiting area, and clicked the one of two options that seemed appropriate, it went to a screen I did not understand, gave me a camera view to “scan a badge”. So I went back, waited in line at check in while trying to see down to the area that they’d be calling me from. When I finally got to a staff member, she said it was complete. I didn’t do anything but hit a button to try to begin. That was a huge waste of time and effort, especially considering my ambulatory issue. I was not happy about that, there was no need for it!

I would have liked the Doctor to have spoken with me after the procedure before I left for home
