It was a great experience should of had it done a long time ago.

Finding out you have breast cancer is an out of body experience. I was in shock. I really appreciate how I don't have to be the one to figure out what to do next. Schedulers are reaching out to me. Reminders are being sent. Thank you, Fairview, for making my rock bottom a softer place to land.

I will use Fairview Wyoming for as many medical services moving forward as possible. I have been raving about the staff there since February 9th.

My scheduler told me my appointment was at 6:30 when I made the appointment. When it was time to do the prep and figure out the timing of everything I looked up my appointment time to double check and the automated reminder I was sent said 7:30. I didn't think that was right but it is what was sent to me so I showed up at 7 p.m. On my way in I got a call wondering where I was. So there was a disconnect between scheduling and the auto reminder that was sent out. In the end it was fine, but I would have been very unhappy if I needed to be reschuled after doing all that prep because I was sent a reminder with the wrong time.

All the crew was pleasant and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and informed. Very easy from start to finish.

I was frustrated with the delay. They go thru all of the "what ifs" and make you sign acknowledgement of understanding, but it is nervewracking. It took almost a month for me to get in to do this surgery, and I thought it was supposed to start around 9ish. The doctor came in around 9:20 or so and said that they procedure before me went a little longer. That was fine. I thought we'd get started soon after. I don't think anyone came to get me until about 10:15am. That's a long time when you're already nervous. Someone should have come in before that and given us an approximate idea. I think it's better to manage expectations a bit, instead of leaving someone waiting with no communication. I don't think anyone came in between the doctor and the anesthetist.

Feeling blessed to have this amazing facility in my neighborhood.

The experience was as it should be. I feel very comfortable with the doctor and am confident my surgery will go well.

The nurses staff before the procedure was fantastic. They were very good. They were very willing. They got everything going. They knew what to do. Afterwards, the nursing staff was not as good. They were pushing us out, trying to force my husband out the door. Thank you.

The nursing team, anesthesiologist, MD, and all others involved in my care were absolutely magnificent! It was my first colonoscopy so definitely a bit anxious, but couldn't have been more pleased and thankful with my treatment and care. Thank you so very much for taking care of me!

I had an easy time getting the appointment scheduled when someone called me, but I don't think it was made clear exactly where I needed to go in the Wyoming Clinic. And when I looked on my chart, it was very hidden on the location, and I'm wondering if it would be able to be switched so that the location of the appointment would include which clinic number or location within the building instead of just hiding that information down below.

I was impressed with everyone in the clinic. My surgeon was very knowledgable and put my mind at ease. Thanks

Dr. Torgenson was great. Just wish they would wait until you are a little less groggy to go over what they may or may not have found so could as follow up questions.

I was very impressed with the clinic and everyone I talked to was helpful.

Everyone was great. They answered all my questions, told me exactly what to expect and how to deal with post surgery pain and any complications. Everything went smoothly and my recovery was very quick. Great job by everyone.

Everyone was great. They were efficient. Let me know they were behind schedule. I was nervous but they took great care of me.

I have had many colonoscopies since I was 50 years old. The prep on the first couple was awful. But as time went on and the prep became easier in the intake of the liquid (Miralax powder and Gatorade). I still didn't like the 10 oz of Magnesium Citrate, that had a bad taste after. All in all, the prep was not that bad!

The experience was great, my concern is that I have a symptom that hasn't changed and no adjustment has been made to maybe help or correct the problem.
