I have always been driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on others' lives and am deeply committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health care. My approach to patient care is holistic, focusing on the interconnected physical, emotional, and social aspects of well-being to deliver truly comprehensive support. I believe in building collaborative partnerships with my patients, tailoring care to their unique needs and empowering them to reach their health and wellness goals. Outside of my work, I love spending time outdoors, whether I’m hiking through state parks or paddle boarding on the lakes. I like to recharge by diving into a good book or spending peaceful moments with my cats, who bring joy and a sense of calm to my life.
