He is the ultimate professional and during my entire pre-consultation, surgery, and post-consultation, he literally held my hand right through all the different steps in the process. My first surgery was a new late-in-life unique Thankfully, everyone involved seemed confident, engaged, and competent.

It got to be a longer time there than anticipated, but everyone made sure I was doing ok. I think Same Surgery was having a very busy afternoon.

Surgery is something that gives me great anxiety. I felt well taken care of and in good hands.

I was in agreement, that the atypical tissue should be treated with removal

Overall good experience. I understood the process for the surgery and everyone was helpful.

I would have liked to have the surgeon report about the surgery to me. He was going to report to my husband, but he didn't reach him. I would have liked to have heard the report myself of how the surgery went.

I severely underestimated the amount of pain I would have even with the provided pain pills. i think everyone tried to warn me but i wasnt hearing it exactly. Pretty much anything you do will engage your core muscles so even clearing my throat was not possible for 2 days because it hurt too much. It didnt hurt sitting still, just twisting, coughing, sneezing, etc,

I was waiting for Rebecca to be finished, and I so appreciated all of the communication that happened electronically to keep me informed of how the procedure was going.

Everyone from Karen in the waiting room to Nathan who wheeled me out to the car - everyone knew their job and did it well. I think my post op nurse was Carol.

Dr Galle was great as well. I really appreciated that he spent time with me and my husband before the surgery to explain and answer questions. My husband also appreciated that he spoke with him after the surgery.
