It was very smooth procedureand I loved how my guest had text messages to see exactly what I'm doing. It was nice that even the surgeon called him, I wouldn't think they would do that.

So easy and everyone from the woman at the door who gave me my pass to enter to my discharge nurse was incredibly kind

I thought everybody from the receptionist all the way up to the doctor were amazing, caring people. They listened, they got to the issue and resolved it the way I wanted it resolved and it was sensible too. I really will keep on going to this clinic even though it's a little far away. I don't care. They're amazing people.

Please take care to keep bathroom clean. I was instructed to take two hibiclens showers at home to prep for surgery which I did. I was disappointed in the dirtiness of the bathrooms I used prior to my surgery. (wet toilet seats)

The only part that was very difficult was being rushed through post op due to the time of day. Also, I had been called about an hour before the scheduled arrival time and asked if I could come early. We scrambled to get there early, but ended in surgery over an hour after the original scheduled time. I understand delays and changes, but it was hard on my old body especially with my chronic dryness.

The only issue I had with my procedure is no one told me about the bruising that would or could occur around my incision sites. One of my bruises covered the upper half of my arm and I didn't expect that. I would have liked some prior knowledge of that. Otherwise, i couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.

The receptionists were also friendly and informative.

Dr Galle is very understanding and an excellent communicator. I have no worries about my upcoming surgery

My first surgery was a new late-in-life unique Thankfully, everyone involved seemed confident, engaged, and competent.

It got to be a longer time there than anticipated, but everyone made sure I was doing ok. I think Same Surgery was having a very busy afternoon.

Surgery is something that gives me great anxiety. I felt well taken care of and in good hands.

I was in agreement, that the atypical tissue should be treated with removal
