NADA ALRIFAI, MD

Dr. Alrifai earned her medical degree from the Hashemite University Faculty of Medicine in Jordan in 2017. Passionate about social impact early in her career, she co-founded a non-profit organization during medical school that focused on supporting underserved populations and refugee communities across Jordan. Following graduation, she moved to the United States to pursue research as a fellow at the University of Pittsburgh, where she concentrated on healthcare disparities and outcomes research. She completed her internal medicine residency at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she also served as a representative on the Graduate Medical Education Committee. Dr. Alrifai went on to complete her Rheumatology Fellowship at Cooper University Hospital in New Jersey. Her clinical and academic interests include equitable care delivery, scleroderma, inflammatory myopathies, interstitial lung disease, and lupus.
