Dr. Chromy is an excellent provider. Easy to talk with and she asked what she could do for me, and addressed my concerns. Very friendly staff in the lab as well. Everyone was very pleasant. I was able to get my Covid shot immediately, expertly administered--I never felt anything. Thanks everybody.

Everybody is extraordinarily kind to me at the clinic. I've had a difficult time getting to the clinic because of the way things are set up. They take you all the way around and you have to come back in from almost the Eden Prairie Mall. But now that I've got it figured out, things should go better. But when I'm in talking to my doctor. I'm trying to explain things and it seems that I'm just not getting heard and I have some concerns that I need to get taken care of. I've got some records on file that should be on file at the record hall or wherever you

The lady who checked me in was really nice too. She asked about the stickers on my water bottle and we had a pleasant conversation during check in.

Natalie Croming went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and that I knew what was going on and satisfied. Once again, Natalie Croming is the best doctor ever.

I think the pre registration online isnt effective because you still have to do most at in person check in and the questionnaire is also ineffective because not reviewed and a wasteful charge to insurance
