Not really, it was a great experience.

I’m ready and have trust in my Dr.

All caregivers were wonderful and caring throughout my entire procedure.

Disappointed that it looks like my surgery will be pushed into April due to surgical scheduling that far out. Dr. Ngo did give me advise to make myself more comfortable in the mean time.

The recovery team was very vague on release and care instructions. We felt like we were being pushed out the door. Not much information was given on care at home.

Complete shock! Never did I believe I would be in this situation!

I was very comfortable and any anxiety that I initially had left very quickly

I was just saying on the last recording there, Jessie and all the nursing staff that took care of me and Dr. Ngo, everybody there did a fantastic job and was really happy with the care that I received. And although I'm not in a hurry to get another colonoscopy anytime soon, when I do have to have one here in the next five years, I'll definitely be coming back there again. So please extend my thanks to everybody. You guys are doing a great job.

Everybody I interacted with during my visit and procedure was super friendly and human. They spoke with me like they actually cared about me, and I could tell they all knew their jobs well. It was a very good experience.

Dr Ngo does not instill confidence when she didn’t meet my eyes at all and talks so fast that I couldn’t understand some of what she said.

Stressful but supported

I felt like a piece in an assembly line… in and out as quickly as possible. My last surgery, a year ago, I felt better cared for and like I mattered as a person. Not so this time.

Nothing specific

the first 3 days my belly button hurt it started to relax today im feeling less pain now my belly button looks way better now. i was very happy to get this imbilicle hernia repair taken care of. THANK YOU to the doctor NGO and the nurses and the staff.

I love everything about MHealth Fairview The Lakes. Easy to get to, the staff and Dr.'s that I have dealt with are great.

Very disappointed that we got a call the next day saying that they have paperwork for the release of records. That should have been done when we were sitting there and when we were being admitted. We should have gotten those papers. We shouldn't have had to come back for them.
