As a graduate of St. Catherine University, I am dedicated to empowering patients through evidence-based, patient-centered care. I carry a deep belief that healing extends beyond the clinic, and strive to equip every individual with the knowledge and tools they need to better understand their body and take an active role in their recovery and long-term wellness. Whether working with patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions, my focus is on fostering collaboration and helping patients regain confidence in their movement and health. Through education, hands-on care, and individualized guidance, my aim is to make every session a step toward resilience, independence, and lifelong well-being.
