Phil's focus is on collaborating with electrophysiology patients and their families to help them understand their condition and outline treatments and expectations.  He provides personal care and establishes meaningful and trustworthy connections.  He specializes in analyzing various arrhythmias and other EP conditions and how they affect patients.  He evaluates social determinants of health and how they impact the individual and their healthcare.
