Hello, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sarah Wildenberg. She was kind, very, very thorough. She walked into the room and had looked over my charts and all of my images, showed me all of the information, and asked me a lot of historical data as well. I felt extremely well cared for, more than I have honestly, in a very, very long time, probably since COVID. So I just wanted to give a shout out to her. She spent a good amount of time just running through everything, going through all my concerns, answering every single question that I had, and giving me the detail that I needed. She was absolutely fantastic. You guys are very, very lucky to have her.

This has been a lengthy and horrendous experience up to this point, riddle with mis-information, lack of empathy and follow through, but I finally feel safe and heard in Dr Wildenberg's care.

Everyone was very attentive and friendly, which made the whole experience pleasant.

The whole experience was good except for the fact that I had to wait an hour with my robe on waiting. I would have preferred to have been out in the lobby and then called in and had a shorter waiting time in the doctor's office itself. OK, that's all.

Overall, I was very happy with my experience in preop, OR, and postop. Everyone was responsive and professional. My only negative was the NA in preop asking me for my DOB in the middle of the waiting room.

Waiting for results is very difficult.

I was nervous about coming to Southdale because Fairview Ridges is closer to home and I have been there many times. However, from the valet at the front door, to the kind man at that entrance who gave us our nametags, everyone greeted us with a welcoming smile and clear directions to suite 440. The entire experience made me relax. Thank you.

Overall, the experience was excellent. I did feel that the front desk staff and the nurse that roomed me could have been a bit more personable and warmer. They were rather matter of fact and impersonal.

Everybody that I encountered during this health ordeal from the beginning through, and after the surgery have been some of the kindest caring people I have run into very professional. It was a very stressful time, and everybody that I encountered made it that much more comfortable. So grateful thank you everybody. I couldn't really pick out one person because everybody was fantastic.
