Dr. Zukowski is a great doctor and I really like him.

I was so pleased with the time and care that Dr. zukowski game me. I was grateful for the tests he has ordered and concern he showed for me. I feel confident that he is doing all he can to help me. That is a wonderful way to feel after scary heart episode.

Had very good care and thought full staff and kind staff that took care of me. So many people to take care of. and comfort.

While the State pays for my coverage, I am treated really well. Infinitely better than I was at United hospital which pretty much told me, you're fat and will die soon. That was 6 years ago. And with HealthEast I learned what's wrong with me and was treated like they want me to live. I am thankful for this. ? The insurance company Health partners even treats me excellent. Always offering all there assistance. The nurse who called me monthly after my heart failure, was incredible.

Had two appointments that date. Cardiologist Dr. Zukowski and Theresaat Cardiac Rehab. Both were great.

I was told by the scheduler that the doctor was located in the WW Clinic building, but actually he was in the Birch Bldg attached to the WW hospital. I had to rush from one to the other to be on time for my appointment.

Two different entrances have the 1875 address. I went first to the wrong entrance. I was told to go back out and drive around to the other 1875 entrance. Not a huge problem, but it's confusing for those who don't go to that building very often.

Overall, experience very good. BUT, weeks before my appointment, via mychart I filled out my present Mayo medical coverage and personal info including photos of my coverage card. At my appointment, the desk rep ran my Mayo medical coverage card. Regardless, at appointment or via call, your reps continue to state my prior coverage is no longer active, which is correct, and keep asking for my medical coverage which I have provided per the above. Frustrating. Thanks

This clinic always stays on schedule. I never have to wait, even at the end of the day.

I was greatly impressed with my doctor and I was also impressed with the radiology department. They were so good and kept be very calm through the whole thing and I was in and out of there in a reasonable time.

I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Zuchowski. We had covered all the concerns I had and he definitely and thoroughly explained everything associated with them. I felt calmer after the visit and I left with a high trust in having him as a care provider.

My only complaint is that it does not appear to be possible to schedule appointments with the Heart Clinic via MyChart - it is necessary to call a sometimes-hard-to-reach scheduling department.
