Vanessa, RD, LD, CSOWM, is a Registered Dietitian specializing in bariatric nutrition and long-term weight management. With advanced training in obesity and metabolic health, she provides individualized, evidence-based care to support patients before and after bariatric surgery. Using a practical and compassionate approach, Vanessa helps patients build sustainable habits, navigate post-surgical nutrition and supplementation, and achieve lasting health outcomes. 

In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys running, cooking, reading, and tending to her "little zoo" of dogs, cats, chickens and a tortoise!
