The doctors and staff were exceptional. The physical office furnishings and waiting room surroundings didn't match or adequately reflect the quality of the care from the providers. I was literally offended that M Health would be represented with such inferior surroundings. I've been a patient in the M Health system since 2007 or so. This is the first time I've seen the physical plant of a M Health facility so dilapidated and not reprentative of the quality and excellence that your heath system represents. I was really hesitant to sit in the chairs in the waiting room. They looked like they were from the 80s and never been cleaned. The doctor's desk was so warped that the leg was falling over. I don't understand how this could in anyway be acceptable for patients who pay good money for healthcare and expect a clean environment where they receive their care. I just don't understand. Patients and also doctors and staff deserve better.

The Dr's were very pleasant and listened to what I needed to say.

we are still in the initial learning phase after diagnosis. Slightly longer option for appointment would be better - 40 minutes vs 30. This would allow for additions questions and teaching.
