YER YANG, APRN CNP

Yer Yang is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over many years of experience in the healthcare, including eight years as a registered nurse and one year as a Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from The College of St. Scholastica and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Catherine University. I am passionate about delivering holistic and patient centered care that supports the body, mind, and spirit. I strive to build strong and trusting relationships with my patients. I believe everyone should be cared for and have an understanding about their health goals. During my time as a child, I have seen many loved ones struggle within the healthcare system thus leading me to become a Nurse Practitioner. Working in healthcare my passion continues to grow. I want everyone who I meet as a patient to be less confused about the healthcare system. Besides reminding everyone to get their health check, I enjoy spending time peacefully. I love spending time with my family and being in nature. Relaxing but staying active is one of my ways to stay healthy. I make it a habit to ride my bike on a weekly basis when the weather is gorgeous. Getting lost in a good show or book is always a must too.
